Welcome to Graceland Farms, Graceland Farms is one of the best livestock farms in Ghana West Africa, situated at Yamoransa , Cape Coast in the central region of Ghana.

The farm was established in 2016 by founder and CEO Mr Isaac Osae who has always shown fervent passion for livestock farming.

So, when the opportunity came for him to secure some acres of land, he knew exactly what he was going to use the land for.

Graceland Farms is currently into piggery with about 300 plus pigs and very soon will be adding catfish and poultry farming.

As one of the best livestock farms in Ghana, Graceland Farms provides very high hygienic , eco-friendly environment and organic feeds for all livestock with well experienced staff and regular veterinary checks.
